Terms of Use
Last updated August 14, 2026.
Who we are
Muse is an iOS app made by E12 Labs Limited, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE 495121 and its office at Ellados 12, 8020 Paphos, Cyprus. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Muse is
Muse is a personal assistant you talk to. It remembers what you tell it, organizes it into spaces, and brings it back when it is useful, along with whatever we build next: shared spaces, reminders that reach out first, features that use your location, and more. We can add, change, or remove features at any time. It is free for now. We may add paid features later. If we do, we will say so clearly before you pay anything.
Your account
Creating an account requires a working phone number, which we verify with a code we send you, and we may ask for other details, like your name, to personalize the app. Whoever controls that phone number can sign into the account, so keep it secure and tell us if you lose it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Fair use
Use the app as it is meant to be used. Do not probe, overload, or break the service. Do not scrape it, copy it at scale, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not use it to store or send content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive, and do not use it to make decisions about other people that the law regulates. We can suspend or close accounts that do any of this.
What the assistant says
Muse runs on AI models. It gets things wrong sometimes: it can misremember, misfile something, or state something confidently that is not true. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Muse is not professional advice, so do not use it for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions on its own.
Shared spaces
When you share a space, every member sees everything in it, including what was there before they joined. Only invite people you want to have that, and only put other people’s information into a space if you are allowed to. If a shared space goes wrong between the people in it, that is between you. We can remove content or close a space if it breaks these terms.
Your content
What you put into Muse stays yours. You give us the right to store it, process it, and send it to the providers we use, so the app can work for you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them freely, without owing you anything. This never includes selling your personal data, which is covered by our privacy policy.
Ownership
The app and the Muse name belong to E12 Labs Limited. You get a personal, non commercial right to use them inside the app.
Ending things
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.
No promises
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus, unless the consumer law of your home country gives you a mandatory right to something else.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Using the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
